The Customer of the Year Award recognizes customers who ranked highest on categories such as driver-friendly locations, fast-loading times, help with any issues, paying on time, communication, and other categories. The voters touched all areas of the business, ranging from customer service, operations, accounts receivable, and drivers. Overall, Brill received a rank of 4.72 out of five, putting us in the #1 spot over 17 other shippers!
